Masimo Rad-G Pulse Oximeter

Peripheral oxygen saturation readings are typically within 2% accuracy of the more accurate reading of arterial oxygen saturation from arterial blood gas analysis. Masimo Rad-97 Pulse CO-Oximeter with Nomoline Capnography
Eagle Eye Anesthesia is also proud to offer the Masimo Rad-97 CO-Oximeter. This device will monitor SpO2 and EtCO2 simultaneously. This device monitors the the percentage of oxygenated haemoglobin (haemoglobin containing oxygen) compared to the total amount of haemoglobin in the blood ( oxygenated and non-oxygenated haemoglobin). It will also monitor the the partial pressure or maximal concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) at the end of an exhaled breath.

The Capnograph is used as a monitoring tool for use during anesthesia care and gives you the numerical value of EtCO2. Normal range for cats is 32-35mm Hg and for dogs it is 35-46mm Hg.
